「The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I forgot my phone charger and when I got back to the hotel that evening I was on 4% battery. Trevor at the front desk let me borrow his personal phone charger without even a thought. His customer service not just myself but the other guests as I watched, was incredible. I used to work in the hotel business and I can tell you he is a quality employee and great person. 」

「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...

「My stay was great! It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a great treat in the mornings. And the cookies in the evening. The hot tub wasn't working while I was there. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay again.」

「The owners took the inside seriously, we did not have any noise disruptions. Staff was amazing, you get actual room keys, not cards. Wine & cheese social hour. Heated toilet seats. Great water temperature. Very nice continental breakfast. Real dishes, cups, silverware. Warm, quaint, cabin-like feeling. They have suites and spa services. Tavern & Bar are within walking distance. Really lovely place, my husband was very (but happily) surprised. Will definitely be returning.」

「Room was modern with a really nice kitchen and shower. Very friendly and attentive staff, nice gym, laundry on site. It's tucked away in an office park type neighborhood, but the parking was easy and safe.」

「The rooms always exceptional, the front staff always amazing and very helpful. The cleaning ladies are always the best.. It might not have a the free breakfast but there are plenty of places close by and you have a full kitchen with whatever you need to cook and if you dont they will go out of their way to get it for you. And you cant beat free laundry!」
