「Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. 「Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back.」

「フェリーの乗り場がすぐ近くで、楽でした。ただ、ZTL内なので、駐車場まではやや歩きます。エリアは落ち着いていて最高でした。ホテル内の設備は清潔で、非常に快適でしたが、におい（フレグランス）がやや強いので、そこを気にする方は注意が必要かもしれません。ホテルにレストランもついており、朝食のクオリティも高く、朝からテラスで湖を眺めながらのんびりするのが最高でした。」

「Super Parkplatz – besonders praktisch, dass man einen eigenen Platz direkt am Strand mit Liege hat. Das macht den Aufenthalt wirklich entspannt! Das Frühstücksbüffet war toll: große Auswahl, frisch und lecker. Perfekter Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der Promenade, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert!」
