First room we checked into was not clean. Bed was made but crumbs on floor and bed, dirty pillowcase. After reporting we were immediately switched to a different room which was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows are flat. Pool was a great temperature and location is great.

Hilton Boston Park Plaza
The properly was in a fantastic area of Boston, and right across the street from the venue we were coming to see an exhibit at. Staff was always friendly, kind, welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and had a perfect view.
