Room was spotless. The shuttle to Dana Faber infinitely helpful and welcome. Very much appreciated the air filter, as well as fridge and microwave. Although I didn't use the shampoo/conditioner/lotion, I did appreciate the clean brand. It was an excellent stay. Thank you.

Room was clean. Had a lot of amenities. Nice. And then the heat turned on. So loud & making a strange noise. Called front desk. They sent up the maintenance person who told me every room was like that. Called front desk back. Laticia was amazing. Immediately changed my room to a much larger room with a beautiful city view. She held the door open while I ran back to get my belongings. This room was quieter but still a little loud. I enjoyed my overnight stay. Laticia was the best!!! Thank you!!

Our plan was to stay one night. The baby had an early appoinyments at children so we wanted to stay and get up,have a good breakfast and go about our day. They told us they open at 6 and we waited but it wasn't open. We had to leave without breakfast. It made our day longer, which just made us sad. Clean hotel and staff was always around so that was good. Just no breakfast for our long day 😞
