「Upon check in, I was given a room with a malfunctioning AC, I spoke with the gentleman at the desk and recieved a new room without issue after his attempt to fix the unit didn't work and resetting the unit a few more times myself didn't get it to stay on. Overall, It's what you'd expect of a Days Inn near Akron. Good enough for a night or two, property in relatively good shape but definitely still has the same characters and abandoned vehicles you'd find at any other urban days inn. Overall...

「Horribly misleading photos. Once you step past the lobby or look in any direction you can see that everything was dirty, run down, and smelled. There was broken or out of service signs on almost every visible area, doors windows, etc. Our room looked nice but was very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable. The sinks backed up the tub backed up, there was tubing and bite marks all over the door frame and walls. There was half holes. It was horrendous. The breakfast ran out of everything...

「Breakfast was terrible. 9.95 a person for cold eggs, hash browns and sausage so bad my kid had to spit it out. Then up-charging for more breakfast items. Then there was nothing to scope food out of trays. Was told to go to ihop instead by staff.」

「We made a 3 day reservation over Fourth of July weekend based primarily on the price - it was at least half of the price of other places. When we got there the reason became obvious. The facility is old and definitely showing its age. The room we were assigned was dingy and drab, the carpet and upholstered chair were badly stained, and it literally had holes in the walls. We couldn’t stay. They were nice enough to refund our money.」
