I tried to cancel my reservation through Expedia and I had purchased cancellation insurance but was unable to travel for health reasons. I contacted you way before my reservation and you said that my reservation was non-refundable and you told me that you would contact Quality Inn and ask for my paid for cancellation and YOU failed. I WILL NEVER Book anything through your website. You have screwed me repeatedly. I am not a wealthy person and when I have booked through you I have gotten F$$@ed. I hope to hell that you post this review.

The bottom of the tub needed scrubbing. Hair and contact lens found on bathroom floor. A fingernail clipping found in bed Liked that floor was a wood looking vinyl as opposed to carpet. Everything else seemed well taken care of.

Restaurant been close since 2020 ...Hot tub not hot luke warm...My bathroom was perfect but my couch was filled with all different types of stains..it was loud as hell ...peaople in the hallway...it just need someone to sell food there its to far from restaurants

Very dated hotel but great location for exploring the national park near by. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, play space, ping pong, and indoor mini golf. The rooms were clean but common spaces could use major updating and deep cleaning.

We stayed two nights and I would say the property is in major need of an upgrade. I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets. The play structures are in need of a clean, my toddler came off of it filthy, her entire outfit needed clean. Pro: the kids loved it. And the beds are comfy.

Positives-Staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the night staff who helped with the constant slamming doors we were hearing from the guest above us. Food was good, typical continental breakfast. And there really are tons of things for kids to do. Playground inside is nice. Downsides-kids not allowed in hot tub. Pool cold and some of my kids would not stay in it due to temperature. Very outdated rooms. Noise in poolside room was very loud. Constant slamming doors scared my kids well through the night till staff intervened...sounded like someone was banging on our door it was so loud. Some arcade games cash, some you had to purchase card..would have preferred either one or the other. Bathroom in room super tiny. All in all 3/5. Well worth 80, 150...not so much.

It has the bare minimum as for room/Breakfast. But we have been coming here for 20 something years. So we look past all the things they could improve on. It is very kid friendly!

They wouldn't honor our reservation for a King Suite because we had a pet with us. Instead they put us in a 2 x Double room next to their amusement area which was very noisy until 11 pm. We were very disappointed.

The breakfast is good and the coffee is freshly made. The beds are comfy and the staff in the front desk is helpful as well.

Checked into the hotel and went to the room and it was a used rag in there. Went to the desk to ask for a new one and I’m sure she asked me for my room number to charge me for it. Started intching and I pulled the covers back and found a bedbug. So at 1200 in the morning I had to pack my children up at 7 months pregnant and drive my children home because they didn’t feel comfortable.
