「Rooms were very clean. Air conditioning not working Breakfast not buffet, no no manual what they offer」

「Room was clean and a/c worked well (important in the summer heat). Hotel did not have an iron for guest use and staff would not let us use the iron in plain view in the staff laundry room.」

「I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00. 「The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.」

「The location of the hotel is great. Its close to many nice venues and the sea. The breakfast was exceptional. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was its indoor pool but it was closed dıring our stay, so we couldn't use it. Most of the staff were very helpful and nice. Thanks to the staff member who took our luggage to the room on 6th July. He was very polite and helpful during our whole stay.」

「Das Hotel war insgesamt eher durchschnittlich. Die Einrichtung wirkte recht einfach und es wurde an vielen Stellen mit günstigen Materialien gearbeitet. Im Badezimmer waren einige Kalkflecken sichtbar und aus der Lüftung kamen durchgehend störende Geräusche, was den Aufenthalt etwas unangenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.」
