「Very good staff very friendly thank you」

「Rooms were very clean. Air conditioning not working Breakfast not buffet, no no manual what they offer」

「Toilet, shower floor, sink badly stained from years of use. Wood floor coming up. Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows. Heat is not controlled by room thermostat. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb.」

「I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00. Second day, after whole day work outside and returned the room, bed was made and bottle water refilled, however, toilet was dirty but not cleaned, long hair on bathtub (I...

「Clean and nice restaurant; out of date rooms 」

「The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.」

「The location of the hotel is great. Its close to many nice venues and the sea. The breakfast was exceptional. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was its indoor pool but it was closed dıring our stay, so we couldn't use it. Most of the staff were very helpful and nice. Thanks to the staff member who took our luggage to the room on 6th July. He was very polite and helpful during our whole stay.」

「Das Hotel war insgesamt eher durchschnittlich. Die Einrichtung wirkte recht einfach und es wurde an vielen Stellen mit günstigen Materialien gearbeitet. Im Badezimmer waren einige Kalkflecken sichtbar und aus der Lüftung kamen durchgehend störende Geräusche, was den Aufenthalt etwas unangenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.」

「5 minute walk from the historical İzmir elevator, this was a late find and I wasn't sure if I could park there. They practically had a free valet parking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I loved the fact that bedroom was somewhat separated from the sitting/TV area.」

「 The hotel is located in a very quiet alley but not remote. It's easy to walk to center and museum.there are many convenience stores and restaurants near by .which are very convenient. The staff are also very nice and professional, and the rooms was clean and tidy. I strongly recommend if I come back Izmir I would staying here again .」
