「There was no airport shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The room was clean but couldn’t open windows because garbage outside attracted flies. Our room was noisy outside til about 3:00 am. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend a great restaurant two minutes walk. Beds and linens were very comfortable」

「The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.」

「We had a difficult time communicating with Hotel Baia through Expedia, as the phone number provided was not actually for the hotel. The hotel is also located in an area that isn’t easily accessible and requires pickup by the hotel driver. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the hotel despite trying both the Expedia number and the number listed on Google, as their phone lines appeared to be down. As a result, we had to pay for a taxi to take us part of the way, which was stressful and...
