「The staffs, especially GEM, were very friendly and helpful. They always welcomed us with warm smiles, and even talked with us. Loved the environment there. We could see sunrise in our room and see sunset at the pool area. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful nature. We even got a chance to pick up eggs from their own farm. The location was perfect, close to everywhere. Highly recommended.」

「我很少給一間酒店高評價，不得不說，一開始辦裡入住，人員非常熱心，以及打掃房間阿姨，就算我好幾次忘記放置小費，也不會因此少了用品，不過後來都有放置床頭小費。另外酒店人員都會跟你熱心打招呼，每晚派人送海灘巾到房間門口，甚至酒店熱水不夠熱，人員積極處理，酒店人員服務給我的感覺，大家都很自動自發做事，不分你我。我最後請酒店大堂人員喝飲料及放置小費，辛苦他們了。」
