"This is a large, beautiful hotel, convenient to the airport. The staff is courteous, professional and also helpful to confused, weary travelers. We were given excellent customer service, helpful advice about getting our rental car back to the airport and how to navigate the sky train at the airport after we dropped off the rental to find our shuttle bus pickup. This advice proved to be stress reducing to us since it was our first trip time to EWR. Thank you!"

"For the price, the place is good but I found it difficult to work from the hotel since the wifi kept disconnecting and reconnecting often. Also they don’t keep some amenities like toothpaste in the bathroom but had it when we asked."
