「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「The hotel is near airport. You can take No.10 bus from airport to Pailly station, it just takes 10 mins to the hotel. Also, easy to go to down town. Take the same bus to the down town only take 15mins. For the room, it is large enough to open your baggage and very clean. The toilet and bathroom are separated which is very nice. And the sink is outside the toilet. For the staff, they are kind and helpful. So I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit ...

「Our two days stay in Mercure hotel was just perfect. The place is super clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The design is really great, makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. You get the ticket for all kind of transportation from the reception desk. It takes 10min to Geneva center by train which is 30 seconds from the lobby. There is a good restaurant with a seasonal menu in the hotel.」

「Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am.」
