Typical Ibis experience; compact room was very clean and functional, as was every area of the hotel. Really enjoyed the self-service breakfast. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. Ideally located for the Lake, Buses and Trains, with only a short walk along the lake to the Old Town. Don't be put off by reviews saying the surrounding area is unsafe, it is a little grubby and noisy, but felt perfectly safe. Restaurants immediately outside are serving mainly Middle Eastern food, everything else you could want to eat is within 50-100m walk towards the City Centre.

Room was small but very clean, modern and adequate for a good stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom appeared to have been recently refurbished - very clean and an excellent shower. No safe or kettle in the room, but complimentary hot drinks were available in the reception area (although there was no milk). Staff were friendly and helpful. Well located - a short walk from the main train station, and also the lake. I would have no hesitation in returning here.

Great place to stay in Geneva though maybe not for kids. Otherwise it’s centrally located and the staff are wonderful and helpful. Feels a bit odd but not a problem. The rooms a great and the breakfast is very good.

Your average budget hotel. If you want fluffy towels & Nespresso machines, this is not the hotel for you. However, Location can’t be beat & staff is delightful! Reviews about red light district are true but never felt unsafe or scared! Great value!

Stayed here for one night to be close to the station. Hotel was clean and conveniently located, rooms were fine. Kevin at reception was super helpful and provided some great advice for the area. But We had an early train and the area didn’t feel the safest walking around.

The welcome at the reception was exceptional and every time we passed through or required help they were happy to help and with a smile. The single bed was not too comfortable but the room was neat and bathrooms cleaned everyday. I would book again because of the receptionists.

SStaff and the location are wonderful. It just happened. This hotel is in the center of a very active neighborhood. I travel with my mother, so it was hard for me to explain the and few women waiting on the street. it’s still a very safe area inmy opinion.

Great location for both transport and walking distance of the central location with the old town being about a 15/20 minute walk. Friendly staff, very accommodating. 4 out of 5, as there was limited storage in the room, and no kettle/hot drink facilities in the room. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

Centrally located near the train station, the lake and bridges. However, at night there are some night professionals in the area. It remains safe however. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. They charge a fee to store luggage, which is inconvenient.
