「Great customer service and free upgrades of our room!」

「Clean」

「Good location」

「We had a pleasant stay at the motel for 3 nights, staff was helpful, room was nice and clean, will be good if there is a door on the shower, so the water doesn’t run out」

「Located at side of Lake Macquarie. Must put Marks Point if you set GPS. The same highway number led us to a place 40 mins far away. Owner of motel is a friendly lady and give us valuable info of where to explore and eat. Will stay there again for future visits. Restaurant at Gunyah Hotel nearby is very good too.」

「The staff were lovely. The room was clean and had so many things for the kids to do around the park. We loved our stay.」

「Property was under construction with no sign out front, took a few passes to identify it was our accommodation. Location was nice, has potential for future when construction complete. King bed was a bit soft for my liking, but still comfortable Toaster, microwave, jug, plates etc supplied. Toilet was not secured so banged on wall. Shower was terrible with water pipes vibrating so bad was making water pulsate. Was lectured by staff that I should have rung because booking forum didn't show...

「Despite a band playing I was able to get an early night's sleep. The room was a classic old hotel room, high ceilings, excellent space ,only a bed and bedside table. Locks were modern and secure. No lifts but a lovely old lace railed verderah. On-site parking which freed up once attendees at an afternoon function left. Easy to find by GPS and likewise to access off freeway. Bistro prices not cheap but children's werves reasonable and sufficient. Communal bathrooms adequate but require more...

「The room was tidy but unclean. There was dried vomit on the floor beside one of the beds from a previous customer. Staff were helpful when we asked for items to be restocked. A very negative experience on one of the nights, there was a domestic violence incident in the room next door and I had to call the police. We felt very unsafe. Won't be coming here again.」

「Fantastic place to stay. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.」

「This motel is top notch. Loved everything about it. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and modern, towels were soft, body wash and shampoo were Devine. The location was fantastic. Definitely stay here again. The owners were lovely people as well.」

「Convenient location with walking distance to train station and Club Macquarie just next door. Spacious rooms and king size beds suit family bookings.」

「Lovely time in QT for NRL grand final weekend. go the knights!」
