「Great place」

「Room was very clean, pool was clean as well it was at a great location, close to Parris island base, we went to see family member graduate marine basic training and it was conveniently close!」

「Air suckered shower was broken the toilet wouldn't flush no trash bags in any of the garbage cans and they had trash still in them」

「I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.」

「I stayed here based on the glowing reviews from past visitors. The hotel was clean, up to date and had plenty of activities and amenities. I stayed in a very clean and spacious room. I had a descent view of the water and could even catch the evening poolside movies from my balcony. Every staff member i encountered greeted me with a smile. We had a power outage,completely out of the hotel's control, but the staff was apologeyic and considerate. They were close to all the things I wanted to do...

「The good things first….the staff and the kitchen/breakfast were wonderful!! The location is central and the convenience of parking in the back was great..however our room left little to be desired. We were downstairs in the basement in room 8, every morning we heard the kitchen staff and then the parade of people for breakfast, it was non stop and so LOUD. The room was so dark, the blinds were broken, so you couldn’t let any light, paint was peeling in places and the furniture needs to be...

「I booked mainly because of the 11 am checkout time but housekeeping came knocking on my door twice at 945 & 950 am, just as I was getting dressed. I specifically asked for a quiet room location & they put me next to the stairwell + put a heavy footed person in the room above so it was not at all quiet. There was a dead palmetto bug on the floor that I had to dispose of. Otherwise it was okay-the bed was relatively comfortable & there was a good Keurig coffee make so I was glad I had my own good...
