「It started well with a very warm welcome on arrival and a hostess who had a good sense of humour which is always a bonus for me with my humour. She was friendly and showed where the room was rather than just giving directions... I was there for the one night and the room was very comfortable and has all you need in it and you could stay a couple of days comfortably. 「Our host Jenny was brilliant. There had been some kind of miscommunication on the booking, where other hosts would have created an issue, Jenny welcomed us and all was well. The property is very homely, in a very nice rural location, parking is within the farm, safe and secure. Jenny's team / family are all very welcoming and happy to help. Great place to stay if you're riding a motorbike, or wanting to visit Thruxton. 」

「Great short stay. Our room oozed character and history, enhanced by top quality fittings. Bed was enormous and super comfy. Breakfast was absolutely spot on. Complimentary bottles(!) of gin and whisky and the posh shower toiletries topped it all off.」
