「Unfortunately I lost my driving license in the UK on the way over to Italy so couldn't hire a car. Luckily I had friends who transported me to and from the hotel as required. There is no easy access to public transport and it is remote from shops too. To my surprise, I found out this hotel is one also used by couples seeking privacy, if you know what I mean. I didn't witness anything myself so not a problem for solo travellers. It was clean and staff were very friendly 」

「Perfect place to spend some days in Crema! In the heart of the historic district, very closed to restaurant but quiet and calm neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay here. Special mention for the host Valeria, she is amazing, she’s incredibly kind and friendly. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The suite is huge, spacious, luminous, well decorated with elegant classic furniture. We appreciated the amenities like fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Comfortable king size bed. Big shower and free toiletries....

「飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。」

「Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay, views are amazing. 」

「Auto check-in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent, only a 15-minute walk from the train station and two minutes from the bus 1 stop from the airport. The room was spotless, with a big comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and a lovely modern design. We liked the balcony and the thoughtful details such as free water, coffee and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and there were two TVs. The price is fair for the quality. The only small thing to improve would be using better...

「Bella camera elegante e ristrutturata con vista lago. Piscina con lettini idromassaggio, in cui avremmo gradito l’acqua con un paio di gradi in più di temperatura ma tutto sommato ben tenuta. SPA con accesso a saune e bagni turchi da pagare extra di circa 20€ che abbiamo pagato volentieri. Colazione buona e varia」
