Cotton buds on floor, hairs in bed,when I told reception they looked and said nothing,hotel advert said restaurant but it was closed,again receptionist was dismissive and argumentive,there was little communication and when leaving not even a thankyou or goodbye

Aria condizionata non funzionante, reception mi assicura che funziona perfettamente e mi invita a chiudere le finestre( neache toccate fino a quel momento), zanzariere irreperibili, una notte d'inferno a combattere con le zanzare. Al mattino chiedo una soluzione, viste le rimanenti 2 notti, mi viene detto che provvederanno. Torno alla sera stessa situazione, mi dicono che devo aspettare il manutentore che sarebbe arrivato da lì ad un' ora. Sbottò e minacciò fuga e richiesta di rimborso, solo così li convinco a farmi provare se in un altra stanza la temperatura mi aggrada maggiormente. Entrino in un altra stanza ( albergo praticamente vuoto) ed è il gelo! Mi cambiano stanza. Fine storia di una notte di passione. Mai più!

L’hotel, benché “retró” è ben tenuto e il personale di reception molto gentile. Purtroppo, commovente la colazione: non ho avuto difficoltà, quello che c’è mangio, solitamente. Solo che in questo caso c’era davvero poco. Peccato

Freundliche Inhaber, aber auch nicht wirkliche Hoteliers. Kein Internet verfügbat, Frühstück recht übersichtlich und nicht für 4 Sterne würdig. Eigenartig, dass nur wenige Zimmer belegt waren und man dann aber ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss bekommen hat,, obwohl mit dem Auto die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss praktischer gewesen wären. Auch eigenartig, dass man bei der Ankunft direkt die gesamte Hotelbuchunf bezahlen musste. Ohne Auto wohl nicht erreichbar. Pool und Garten sehr angenehm.

Colazione di bassa qualita la pasticceria non mi ha soddisfatto, check out con tempo di attesa di 20 minuti per mancanza di personale addetto, in un hotel 4 stelle non e ammissibile e crea disagio a che deve partire per lavoro. Check in veloce e professionale buona pulizia e personale gentile.

Buona soluzione per pernottare in zona

Ho passato tre notti in questa struttura che appare molto elegante. Tutto bene, sicuramente la tranquillità data dalla posizione isolata in mezzo ai campi. Non ho usato la piscina che comunque era disponibile. Nella mia camera il wifi, pur presete, era praticamente inutilizzabile perchè segnale troppo basso. Inoltre la climatizzazione un po' troppo rumorosa. Per il resto tutto OK.

Albergo molto bello e caratteristico, molto pulito con personale Camere molto pulite e spaziose con grande bagno. Parcheggio sotterraneo disponibile. Un po’ fuori mano e quindi è necessario avere l’auto.

Large, ok, very private if you fancy that.

The hotel is "peculiar". For once is very large, clean and has a 24/7 reception. It has a strange setup where you can "park right inside your private room parking". Is it meant for long stays? i guess. is it meant for when you desire that extra privacy? :) i guess even more. The bed was not that great. Huge mirror on the side though added bonus if you're not by yourself, which i was unfortunately (hi wife). Not a great breakfast, mostly plastic wrapped stuff, but hey, cappuccino and pastry was good in the end. Very friendly staff

Regroupe un motel et un hôtel classique

Situé à proximité immédiate de la grande zone d’activité industrielle de Bergame-Milan il reste très calme et paisible et permet de profiter pleinement de la piscine. Le personnel est à notre service malgré l’abscence de maitrise de langue étrangère (anglais) de certain Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien insonorisées, la climatison est un peu bruyante et la nuit passe en mode eco malgré une température extérieur de 28degre C et sans être moins bruyante Une porte entre le couloir et la chambre serait un grand plus et résoudrait une grande partie des reproches Le petit déjeuner inclus dans la nuitée est correct le choix est restreint (pas facile de faire un grand buffet avec un grand choix quand il n’y a pas suffisamment de client) mais il y a l’essentiel. Globalement il reste un très bon hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix
