Good for layovers at Bergamo airport

This capsule hotel is best for people who have a late night flight at Bergamo airport or a long layover at night. If you are able to get into the city (and it's not that far, only a 10-15 minute bus ride), it is probably a more comfortable option to stay at a hotel there. The bed is really one of those cushioned tables you sit at when you go to the doctor's office. There is no blanket, sheet, or pillow. You can hear everything in the other compartments, and can hear any time someone comes in. You have to use the airport bathrooms, which are a long walk from the capsule hotel. That said, its location is very convenient in the airport and it is very clean. It is well kept and well run for what it is, but don't expect the comforts of a hotel room.

Truly terrible

This place is absolutely not worth the price. I wasn't expecting luxury but there are not even toilets within a close distance. You have to go to the public ones in the airport which are quite a walk. There is no bedding, just a hospital-style sheet, so no blanket or pillow. I was very cold in the night. The WiFi did not work at all either. So I would fully recommend staying in a hotel near the airport rather than here. The benefit of proximity to departures/arrivals is also offset by the 8pm check-in and 8am checkout.

Good enough for a night in airport at decent price, WiFi wasn’t working though. Light features were a nice touch.

A comfy escape

The bed is like a doctor’s couch with no blanket or pillow but the room is warm (I slept in shorts and a t shirt) and I used folded clothes for a pillow. It was very easy to access the room and felt secure. Overall a great experience and I would book again!

Everything is ok. Good design if you need stay in airport for the night Only one video terminal works, and it works very slowly. You will have to wait a long time after the previous client. Bed surface is torn and it scratches your skin (room8)

Orrible experience, so high cost for a "bed" without blankets and pillow, dirty, with a brokem plug and with the central screen that didn't work. All this and I paid 70€ for a night. Don't go here.

expensive, lack of comfort

noisy, hard to sleep when everyone starts to come in the middle of the night and settle into their rooms. couch for sleeping uncomfortable, without bed linen, no towels. cold to sleep the airport public toilet is far from the capsule hotel. the only plus of this hotel is the ability to lie down and wait for your early flight lying on the bed and not sitting in the airport lobby

Not a good experience for me. There was no blanket or anything to cover yourself and you were lying on a sticky fake leather mattress.

If I were being kind I’d say that the facilities were convenient if you had an early flight, safer and cleaner than sleeping in a doorway, but not much more comfortable. If I were being honest I’d say it was the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. There was a hard, surface to sleep on, no pillow and no bedding. People were entering and exiting the adjoining areas very noisily all through the night which made sleeping impossible. Never ever again!

Could not check in. Stuck waiting over an hour for support to fix my reservation. 10PM finally got in and at 11 someone opened my sleeping capsule because the admin team buzzed them in saying it was free. Left at 4AM to use the washroom and got locked out again. Called 20 times nobody answered. Finally after 35 minutes at 4:35 someone picked up and let me in. Cool idea but very poor execution. Bed was ripped but the place was 6/10 clean at least which was is manageable (if you can get in). Staff never apologized for the inconveniences or letting someone into my room and just blamed expedia.

not for me

Probably not for me - the good thing is that you have privacy rather than sleeping on the floor / on a chair of the airport. The less positive: - So. Much. Noise. From people opening doors to the announcements of the airport every 30 minutes, from the chats of the people outside to the ventilation system. - the screen in my pod did not work, which basically meant the light could not turned be off As i slept probably 1 hour, I'd say it makes more sense to spend a little bit more and get a proper bed in a hotel nearby.

Find somewhere else!

We might have misunderstood the concept slightly, but considered the price the pods cost and the absolutely lack of ANYTHING, this was by fair the least amount of "bang-for-buck". The pods are extremely uncomfortable, there is not covers, blankets or pillows, the room has no real ventilation, so it becomes unbreathable inside even with a few people sleeping in the pods, there are no toilets in the pods or nearby in the airport, there is quite some noise and so on goes the list. The location is of course great as it is placed inside the airport, but honestly, it's not worth it. Get up 30 minutes earlier and sleep in a real bed, not a doctors examination table. GREED

I made a reservation in February for April at ZZZleepandGo BGY Airport, Orio al Serio and paid the full amount of €54 in advance. Upon arrival, I had a very unpleasant surprise: out of the two self check-in machines, only one was working. After finally reaching the machine, I was informed that the property was fully booked and that there were no available spots, even though I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation. I was given a U.S. phone number for customer support. I did not call because it would have meant additional international call charges. In the middle of the night, I was left without any solution. As a result, I had to spend the entire night sitting on a chair in the airport until my early morning flight. Afterwards, I tried to contact the property, but their attitude was dismissive. They attempted to blame me for the situation and showed no intention of refunding the money. Eventually, I contacted Hotels.com. After explaining the situation, they quickly understood the issue and processed my refund within minutes. Conclusion: I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is better to pay €20 more for a reliable and proper hotel than to risk being left without accommodation in the middle of the night. I do not recommend ZZZleepandGo BGY Airport, Orio al Serio.
