"Stairs everywhere, even to get to the elevator! I normally don't mind stairs, but I was tired and had a large suitcase. Also, the woman at the front desk had a long check-in in front of me, but didn't make any effort to let me or the other people waiting how long we might wait."

"The room was dirty. There was visible dirt, dust, and grime on every surface of the room. We had to clean the doors, cabinets, counters, and literally everything in the bathroom before we could use the room. The bed sheets had a stain on them and by the wrinkles they looked like they’d be slept in. ..."
