「We were surprised to find we were staying in a Seniors' complex, not stated on the website. The apartment was absolutely new, modern, clean, spacious, bright, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, as was the sofa. The contact with desk staff was brief and professional. The position was perfect for our purposes, close to the Bois de Vincennes for lovely walks, but also with easy metro access to central Paris. However, the apartment was not the one in the photos. It looked out on the street, had no...

「Extremely inconvenient. This hotel uses physical keys that you must return to the front desk every time you leave. The hotel staff is rarely even at the front desk to collect or return them. They lock the doors to the hotel during the night as a safety precaution - however the inside is locked as well so you can NOT leave for an early flight before 5 AM without making a bunch of noise to wake up whoever is supposed to be manning the front desk at that time. I nearly missed my flight waiting for...

「I paid for the hotel through Hotel.com and lived in this hotel in April. The staff told me they didn't have the payment record and I needed to pay again when I checked out. Finally I found them I was charged twice and contacted them for follow up. They admitted it was a mistake and agreed to refund. However, I still cannot get the refund now and they don't reply to my emails anymore! The last email they admitted the mistake. Dear Sir, Please also find the invoice corresponding to the...
