Warm welcome and good bye. Wonderful staff good feeling all around area, breakfast was delicious. Close walk to many amenities the city offers as well as local grocery, coffee, trains. Had a great visit!

I had a generally good stay at Le Patio Bastille. The room was comfortable, and the price was quite fair for the location. The staff were polite, and the hotel is conveniently located for exploring Paris. However, as a Platinum member, I was promised a bottle of wine in my room as a perk, but it was nowhere to be found. This was disappointing.

Great experience

I had the best experience staying in Le Patio hotel. The room was huge for myself. Thank you so much if it was an upgrade. Everything was extremely clean and I loved the natural courtyard. I will come back for sure.

We arrived 45 minutes before check in started. They were happy to store our bags until then. Check in was easy and quick. The property from outside and the lobby looked really good. We asked about the Expedia gold benefit of a free bottle of wine and they informed us it was already in the room. We also got our room upgraded without asking which was excellent. We had a kitchen with fridge and microwave. Room was big, tidy and cozy. Staff was great. We stored our bags till 5pm. Check out is perfectly at midday. Area outside property looks a bit shady but nobody bothered us. Also, really good location within 10 mins walk of 2 subway stations. Would go back! Highly recommend.

Great little hotel in convenient location. I loved that my room included a little kitchenette, I kept simple breakfast things in the fridge and was able to make tea and coffee and have proper plates and utensils for my snacks while working in my room in the evenings. Staff cheerful and ready to help. I would stay here again!

This was a nice boutique hotel, away from many of the tourist attractions but with good transportation nearby. Several good, small restaurants were available close by as was a grocery store. the staff was extremely helpful.

Room was in desperate need of repair. Bed and bedding was clean and comfortable but wallpaper was peeling and bathroom needed updating. Also at around 10:30pm a member of staff persistently knocked on the door waking me and my young children, attempted to open the door (at the same time that I did so not sure if he would have managed) all to give us some untequested toothbrushes. This alone has put me off staying again as I’m not sure if he would have walked in whilst myself and my two young children were asleep if I had not heard. Dining area was also not that clean. We attended at 7am so must have been the first for breakfast and there was food bits on our chairs. It was overall ok for the pitstop we needed it to be.

The 11th- easy from Gare de Lyon

The staff were excellent and that was why I rated the stay as good. Without good staff, the property was rather ordinary, at best, with a so-so breakfast. Location was very good for us, lots of very good restaurants around and felt safe.
