「Good」

「We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.」

「The sheets on the bed had a blood spot on the covers. When dining for breakfast someone brought a huge dog in the dining room which I felt was unsanitary. Staff was very polite.Kitchen staff kept food containers full and everything wiped down.」

「窗帘无法完全拉上这个设计很奇怪，还有不给牙膏。记得以前住red roof都有牙膏。停车场有点拥挤，因为和对面酒店共用一个停车场。」

「What we didn’t like was the fact that my husband waited for 45 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport and it was extremely cold and the driver of the shuttle I guess had to go the long way around and he was coming from another property. We also thought that’s a set up of bathroom and sink in the main room was not convenient at all, we will not rent there again.」

They threw away the blankets I had to leave because I couldn’t carry them which included my baby blanket I had for 30 years since I was a baby as currently withholding three laptops that I didn’t pay when I did not willing to come to an agreement. This is all for absolutely no reason…. I had to leave abruptly to rush to the emergency room!!! Do not stay here you will get rude service. These people are inconsiderate and disrespectful. 」

「Rooms are clean and property is extremely convenient for getting around yet quite area. Lady in charge of breakfast today ran out of all cold and hot food at 9am then proceeded to remind everybody that its too late to make more food. when about 12 people just arrived to find empty bins with an hour left to breakfast. The worker continued to make excuses about the amounts she should be making are so difficult to predict. She didn’t want to even open more pancake mix or bagels! I don't understand...

「Mold everywhere at this place. The mold on the walls inside of the bathroom facility in the pool was absolutely horrendous. There were mold spores from the ceiling to the floor in that bathroom. Our tub didn’t drain so five minutes into your shower, you were standing over ankle deep in water. The hours of the pool listed were incorrect according to the front desk staff; it wasn’t opened as late as it said it was online. Additionally, breakfast hours that were listed online were not correct to...

「The room was clean, the staff was really nice and friendly!! Our TV would not work and called the front desk and she was able to send maintenance out to fix it right away!」

「We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
