"Booked our room to house 4 people - 2 Kids under 8 and 2 adults ( booked a 2 double bed room ) and was told because We booked through Expedia they don't guarantee anything. So we had a bed and a pull out couch . After pulling out the cough I thought my wife was going to pack up and leave, it was very unsettling but no choice."

"Beautiful place to stay! Everything was clean and Bocabay Rentals were extremely easy to communicate with and helped every step of the way! One note would be to definitely rent a car if you plan on staying here. "

We had some difficulties adding a night when our travel unexpectedly changed. Xiomara in particular personified the high level of service to make it happen. We will be back!"

Every detail has been thought of, and the amenities are truly on another level. It feels less like a rental and more like your own private paradise. But what really sets this place apart is the people. The staff are some of the warmest, most genuine hosts we have ever encountered. During our stay, we were hit by a storm that delayed our flights and disrupted our plans — stressful to say the least — and the team went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Their kindness during that difficult moment turned what could have been a nightmare into something we will actually look back on fondly. This is the kind of place that reminds you why you travel.
