"Great location, beach is your back yard and strip is right out front. Only issue was cleanliness of rooms. Bathrooms were dirty and mold in shower, the room wasnt cleaned until we called front desk and complained, and if you stay in sea palace you will have no wifi. "

"The the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. The public areas are beautiful. Our only disappointment was with Palm Beach itself. This is the only Caribbean beach we have been to that does not have crystal clear water. When you walk into the water from the Marriott's beach you cannot see your legs or feet or the sand you are walking on. Every other Caribbean beach we have been to, you can clearly see the bottom at any depth. In addition the sand after you enter the water is soft and mucky and you sink into it, not a pleasant experience. I assume all of Palm Beach has this issue. Eagle Beach appears clearer, however we did not go in the water there."

"Our family would definitely stay at Diamante 15 again. The townhouse was clean and cool. We prepared many of our meals at home. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and we appreciated the BBQ. When there were minor issues, the Casiola staff was quick to respond."

"My wife and I stayed at Ocean Z Feb14-20. Our shower was missing a door. Water would flood the floor and soak the toilet. When I let the front desk know about the shower, I was told it had broken and was on back order. We were told there were no other rooms and we were given no solution. On the Ocean Z website, this room has a picture of a shower with two doors like normal. Ocean Z is now claiming this is how the shower is designed. Not true. We were given no inclination that they were working on a solution. So we left after one night. Unfortunately, Ocean Z is claiming we left without giving them a chance to fix the problem. Not true. Also, when I left Ocean Z, I was told the owner would call me. She did not. Not only that, but I had to call numerous times until I finally got ahold of her. When I did, she was very apologetic and offered me a weeks stay in the future. We didn't want to do that. I just wanted my money back. The owner told me to give her a couple days to get back to me. 25 days later she responded with another request for a couple more days. Then her partner emailed me a very dismissive denial of my request for a refund. So, I posted a review of my stay on another leading travel website. I am very disappointed with how I was treated after I was very patient waiting for them to refund my money. Look up my reviews. I stayed in room 13. The room I stayed in is the mini master queen pictured top left. Look at the bathroom shower."

"Fantastic apartment in a perfect area. We can’t wait to come back. Plenty of kitchen items to make meals at the house. "
