"Check in took almost two hours due to lack of staffing. This place needs a renovation. It’s extremely outdated. Rooms are very basic and have a mildew smell. My room had mold growing in the bathroom, hairs all over the floor, and what appears to be specks of blood on the wall. The beach water here is cloudy and the bottom is slimy and muddy in spots. I’m not sure the appeal."

"Beautiful place to stay! Everything was clean and Bocabay Rentals were extremely easy to communicate with and helped every step of the way! One note would be to definitely rent a car if you plan on staying here. "

"Beautiful property. We loved the pool in particular. Excellent restaurant. Included breakfast was wonderful. Ocean Z is known for service and proved it. We had some difficulties adding a night when our travel unexpectedly changed. Xiomara in particular personified the high level of service to make it happen. We will be back!"

"Where do I even begin? Tierra del Sol Resort is simply stunning — from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how immaculate and spacious the property is. Every detail has been thought of, and the amenities are truly on another level. It feels less like a rental and more like your own private paradise. But what really sets this place apart is the people. The staff are some of the warmest, most genuine hosts we have ever encountered. During our stay, we were hit by a storm that delayed our flights and disrupted our plans — stressful to say the least — and the team went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Their kindness during that difficult moment turned what could have been a nightmare into something we will actually look back on fondly. This is the kind of place that reminds you why you travel. "The property was in a great location and the staff of Casiola was very responsive to minor issues. The property was clean and in good/great condition, just the usual minor stuff some people may complaint about but being in the industry in another area, Tybee Island, GA, we weren't going to complain. We plan on using this property again. "
