「First, you must have a car if you plan to stay in Haro. Transportation, including taxis, are extremely limited and difficult to use. This fact is even more so if you stay at Hotel ITC Ciudad de Haro. 「Very well appointed and located studio apartment near Plaza de la Paz. Free parking down the hill and a fifteen minute walk to the Wine Bodegas. Daniel was communicative and helpful.
