「Beautiful hotel with a 3 min walk to downtown Haro. Staff were so lovely and helpful.」

「Very nice hotel in a very convenient location to restaurants and main attractions. Very helpful and cordial staff. Close to two places that offered breakfast options and more for coffee. Parking was great, just not close (200 m) but close enough for us. Also very quiet considering the location. There was a very loud musician in the square and we couldn’t hear him from inside the room. Small refrigerator came in handy for snacks. Great stay! I would avoid holiday weekends, not because of the...

「Nice room. City centre. Good value for money」

「A self check- in property, which is fine. Clean - one towel was a little dirty, if I’m being picky. Couldn’t access the parking which was annoying although on street parking was available when we arrived. Easy walk into old Haro, which has charm. Very good value, so overall pleased.」

「The room was clean and comfortable kitchen was fully equipped but the outside patio was not looked after.」

「Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness.」

「Beautiful location and room, very personal service」

「A lovely hotel - rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant serves a very nice dinner menu.」

「Very nice hotel at the price. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. The bathroom floor was dirty which we discovered cleaning a slow leak from the sink. The parking was full when we arrived from dinner due to a private party on the property. The front desk staff was accommodating offering me a spot in the no parking area. Would recommend for a value stay in the Rioja area.」

「Tranquil setting on the river」

「Located in a small and historic town on the route of Camino De Santiago. Friendly staff and good cuisine. Would suit the visitors to the La Rioja region」

「Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. Sadly no vegetarian food at the restaurant last night either so, have left hungry… but it was a really nice hotel. If you’re not bothered about food, it’s definitely worth the stay!」
