Really beautiful, food and wines fantastic

Very nice hotel and excellent staff. The restaurant in the hotel is so good. Very high level of cooking and the wines are perfect choices. Really surprising hotel in the heart of the Rioja area.

This hotel is in an excellent location to explore Haro. The room was large clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We loved our stay in Haro. Our room had an odd layout but still clean and good fo us. Staff were really nice and helped us get a wine bodega tour. Food at the restaurant was nice. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Perfect except for one thing.

Loved this place. Lovely and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, very nice room. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a perfect rating is the noise I heard from my neighbors. I could only hear my neighbors on one side of me, which leads me to believe that not all rooms would have this problem. I was there for two nights. The first night I could hear from my bed the Brazilian couple next door who were loudly speaking until 12:30 a.m. (I lived in Brazil so I could recognise the accent). The next night it was an American couple, sounded like they were from the south. They got back to their room at around 11:30 p.m. and began talking loudly and walking around. This lasted about an hour. Again, I could hear entire sentences from my bed. It would help if the management could remind people to try and be quiet after 11 p.m. I can’t imagine that people want others hearing their conversations.

Good location. Very hot in Haro so air-conditioning was a little noicy in oir room. Good bar and restaurant that was very busy. So with the general staff shortage in Europe the few person's working did a great job.

Buen trato por parte de todo el personal del hotel, por poner una pequeña pega que las persona con movilidad reducida tenemos que llamar por teléfono para que te abran si llegas a horas posteriores a las 23:00 no co,o el resto pueden entrar a cualquier hora con su tarjeta de habitación.

A romantic space in Haro (La Rioja), clean with attentive personnel (Cristina and Tiago) receiving you. Conveniently placed you can be in less than 3 minutes in "La Herradura"(where nice bars and restaurants are located). We were in love with Haro and, God willing, will return and stay in Hotel Arrope.

Fin de semana agradable en un hotel coqueto

El hotel pequeñito, muy agradable. Estuvimos en una habitación en el ático amplia y muy bonita, el problema fue el calor horroroso que obligaba a dormir con el aire acondicionado. La cama cómoda aunque la almohada muy dura. El desayuno bien con varias opciones y la posibilidad de la terraza muy agradable. Al lado del centro. Problema: aparcar.
