"Comparing this to a previous stay at a different resort in Cancun and this wasn’t as good. Overall it was good, not great. Food was mediocre and not a ton of options. You only get a limited number of dinner reservations depending on your length of stay. The river next to the property smelled as if it had human waste in it and the smell was overwhelming at times. The property was nice and clean and staff were again good, not great. Was surprised at how few English speakers were visiting and working at the property. 4/5 stars"

She was a 10+ and more very helpful very fast and she cleaned my room every day amazing very friendly. Food was good property. Nice rooms nice."
