Absolute fleabag in a crime-infested city. We bugged out after an hour. We recommend staying away from Oyo and Blytheville in general.

Don’t stay here.

The room was very run down. I received 1 towel and 1 washcloth. No hand towel. The bed was lumpy and the pillows terrible. I went to check out and nobody was at the desk. I tried to call but it went straight to voicemail.

For the price and being in a small town, this was adequate! Friendly staff and the room did NOT have that weird small town hotel stale/moldy smell. I was able to sleep without wondering if I was going to have bug bites or allergy issues! Thank you for cleaning!

I went and nobody was attending, its not a hotel, its just a horrible motel, I guess they stole the pic from google because don’t look like the same place that I reserve on expedia, I took my kids and run away. I want my money back because I didn’t stay there and have have to pay for another place

Terrible Experience

I recently booked a stay for my crew at the OYO in Blytheville, AR, and their experience was extremely disappointing. The staff did not allow them to park in the hotel lot because they had a truck and trailer (not an oversized vehicle). Despite offering to park the truck and trailer separately to save space, the staff insisted they park a block away, which did not feel secure. They were understandably concerned about leaving their vehicles so far from the hotel. Additionally, the surrounding area felt unsafe. My crew was approached by individuals offering questionable services, which made the environment uncomfortable. Based on their experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking a safe and comfortable stay. It's worth exploring other options in the area.

Dirty….

There was an issue with my booking at the service desk that took some time to resolve. Their side showed the booking was cancelled, nothing on mine did and it was a good while to get resolved…I would have just cancelled my room but it was non refundable! The room was not clean, no towels or soap (when I went back to front desk to ask for them she did give them to me with no problem and advised the cleaner had told her the room already had towels - but it didn’t). Our biggest issue was it wasn’t clean. Floors were dirty, broken dead bolt on door, cockroaches, weird smell….I would have expected these conditions if the room was half the $85 I paid. Very dissatisfied

Just don’t. I didn’t even stay after arriving at the property and there being people outside using drugs. And i don’t mean smoking weed. There was police there. People just walking around looking into peoples cars. I tried to go into the office and cancel my room and the man had the door locked. Came and unlocked it told me he could t help me and relocked the door. I was also told that my reservation was non refundable. So not only did i spend a bit on this, and it wasn’t a safe place for my child, or myself. I Didn’t get a refund. And then spent double on a different room. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone e but a crack addict.

Fueron súper groseros llegué y no había cupo en la habitación y estando en hotel desocupado .. querían que cancelara la reserva con expiria y pagar una mucho más cara ahí en el hotel. Me dejaron esperando más de 3 horas no me dieron solución me tocó irme a otro hotel

Fine if your in a pinch...

This is definitely a last resort hotel. I would not stay here again unless I had no choice but I can't complain because it had a 3.5 star rating for a reason and I did not pay attention to that and I won't do that again.

Nasty rooms, pungent odor, and roaches

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. We had guests attempt to check-in on July 24th, inly to walk into a nasty, unkept room with roaches. Our crew immediately left and went to another hotel. I was promised a refund by "Bala", but unfortunately that wasn't true. When hotels.com called them about the refund they denied it. They basically lied to me to get me off the phone. We now have to dispute with our credit card company. I wouldn't recommend this nasty place to anyone. Very greedy owners! They got us for almost $2000.00 PLEASE DON"T STAY HERE!

Llegue con una reservación ya paga por la página de Expedia y no me quisieron honrar en precio de la reservación. Me mandaron a cancelar y que le pagara la reservación a ellos al precio que ellos deseaban. Solo me quede día noches. Muy costoso para la clase de hotel que es o lo que ofrece.
