「I never leave negative reviews—in fact, this is the first bad review I've ever written—but people need to know what we experienced here. We reserved two rooms. The first room smelled like a wet dog and was so damp you could literally feel the moisture in the air. The second room was no better. 「The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Loved the balcony and the staff was really super nice and helpful. The property is still under renovation and it just looked junky. There was an old musty smell that I found was from the curtains. Do they ever get washed? Changed out? I did love that we were only a couple minute walk from the beach and super close to shopping and dining options. Probably will be a LONG time before we stay here again. Maybe the renovations will be done...
