「The gentleman at check-in was super helpful and kind. We unintentionally came into town during a car show and sat in gridlock traffic for 2 hours to travel approximately a mile after leaving Dollywood. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to call us and talk us through a "backway" to the hotel which completely saved my sanity! The hotel is older but in a great location and the rooms are clean!」
