"I was very disappointed in the room, the drapes were half hung on the sliding door. The carpet looked as if it had not been cleaned, had stains all over it. The beds did not have a bedspread on them (half made up). There was 1 wash cloth, 1 towel and 1 hand towel for our room of 3 people. We left the room thinking that they would come and replenish the towels and washcloth, did not happen. The trashcan was running over, it was not emptied either. Advertised on web with indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor pool was not in operation. and indoor pool was down several flights of stairs. My husband just had knee surgery and could not climb the stairs. Per the picture on the web, it appeared to 2 2 sets of stairs. I climbed down at least 4 sets of stairs. and still did not see the pool."

"As soon as I checked in they made me pay $100 for “incidentals.” Said it would be refunded after my stay. On top of that they charge $18 a day to park your car in the parking lot of the place you pay almost $300 a night to stay in. Rip off. Place is also old and dingy. They advertise an adult pool but there isn’t one. They also make you buy their drinks at the pool at rip off prices. $10 for a can of beer? Way better places in Gatlinburg to stay that are cheaper, and don’t take $100 of your spending money upon arrival."
