「I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. 「This hotel is certainly run down and could use some updates. The shower floor felt very spongy, like you could step right through it. We also found a pill in the room (assuming a gel Tylenol but not certain.) The carpet also felt a little damp- like it needed a dehumidifier for the room. Unfortunately the sleeping arrangements were not as pleasant either. Easily heard our neighbors down the hall and upstairs at all times of the night. Unfortunately very disappointed with the accommodations.」

「We have stayed here quite often when we travel home- however under the new management, it seems like the standards may be slipping. Not sure if we’ll be back next time. Biggest gripe- the Apple Music Country station that plays loudly through the entire hotel really de-classes the place- what about an Italian garden decorated hotel says country radio? We’re in western NY also, so why??? Russel Salvatore would never.」

「The hotel is very attractive, modern and clean. Shockingly NO breakfast is served or available, free or to purchase! Instead a few pastries to go are for sale. The room was pleasant but amenities are lacking. No water in the room. Just an empty small fridge. One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were like large hard boulders. It was impossible to use them for sleep. Utterly ridiculous. We will definitely not return.」

「Hotel is good and comfortable. However, the nearby environment is not too convenient for international tourists. Parking fee needs to download app and does not accept international credit card. Luckily, Hotel can help to register my rental car plate number and pay for us.」

「Fast check-in, room clean. Was quite noisy but your are next to a major highway and airport! Good selection at breakfast.」

「Large spacious room. Amenities on the premises really sealed the deal though. Large pool and hot tub (though very chlorinated and kinda hurt the eyes) ping pong table, gym and basketball court were a fun addition. Food was plentiful and abundant variety.」
