「Check in and out was no problem at all; the room was adequate; bathroom had a bidet! Loved that! Very roomy bathroom; bed and pillows were very comfortable; swimming pool was clean, had a spa area in the pool; breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff made me and my sister feel at home. 「Very friendly staff, always made you feel welcome. Great bourbon centric atmosphere. We arranged a tour through the Bourbon Butler, she was very helpful and quickly arranged a tour of 3 different distilleries and drove us to the distilleries. I would have liked to have seen more variety on the dinner menu the options were limited. Overall, the hotel was definitely a great place to stay nice rooms with some fun amenities. I would definitely book this hotel again!」
