「Good location to Caunought Place. Easy to grap a tuk tuk to sites. The hotel had room service for breakfast at very reasonable price and they arranged a city tour. 」

「Excellent hotel staff members, good selection of breakfast variety. Only complain was that the size of the CLUB room twin bed is only 1M wide, quite narrow for adults, and could be a little uncomfortable for bigger size adults.」

「Well-located for our needs. Staff was excellent and we were wonderfully looked after from beginning to end. Decent breakfast choices. We stayed in the refurbished rooms, which made for a very pleasant stay.」

「- Hotel is conventiently located at downtown and easy to go major attraction - Hotel front desk is very helpful and kind enough to extend late checkout when I was stuck in bad traffic - hotel lobby’s is nice and decent — room is a bit messy and smell unpleasant. The washroom is dirty and hair and dust. — bad sheet smell not good and use for long times 」

「整個飯店只有服務人員有禮貌，很和善以外其餘都不值得。 當初我和同事分別訂了兩間最大間的房間，但是到了飯店才發現只有一間，所以我們要求退費，他們竟然告訴我們:錢是由Hotel.com收走的，沒辦法退錢！ 廁所又髒、又臭，浴巾滿滿的消毒水味道，甚至已經洗到纖維硬掉了。 冷氣絕對噪音滿分，讓你一整晚不用睡覺。 更會在晚上十一點敲門來到你房間跟你說：我要從櫥櫃拿一下枕頭、棉被(連續兩晚)。 洗澡時候必須打電話要求要熱水、另外還有WIFI斷斷續續絕不持久。 而且隔音非常不好，鄰居常常在走廊大吼大叫，或是有一些惡臭，或是小孩在奔跑。 時常有人半夜打電話給你，只是問你有沒有要求客房服務。 來到這裡覺得當地人很友善，只是硬體設備絕對讓你跌破眼鏡。 除了服務人員以外，若能給0分，我想這是我給這間飯店的最高分了。」

「Location good. In Connaught Place close to metro station. (Exit metro at gate 3.) That is the reason to stay here. There is no lift and rooms can be up several flights. It is dusty and can use some paint. But this is India so we have to evaluate in context. Did have hot water. Connaught Place itself is long ago getting long in the tooth, but you should stay near a metro, CP is central, it has some services (subject to annoying touts) and CP is one of the places you will have to visit as a...
