「Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine. Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone. 」

「We arrived by train. It is EASY access to the hotel from the railway station. Parking is safe and cost $10, need to report to the hotel for this discount rate. Most of the staff were professional. Rooms are clean and tidy, suffient space for us. Exciting experience in Hamburg.」
