The hotel feels new. Everything works well. Rooms are ok for the price. Staff is very helpful bye check in (Sarah particularly), and the bar tenders at night are skilled and talkative.

The staff at the Moxy made my stay outstanding! Camila checked me in with a friendly, helpful attitude and gave me some excellent perks for being a Marriott Bonvoy member! One of the perks was a free welcome drink and my drink was served by Narjisse who was also very friendly and fun to speak with while I enjoyed my drink. I was overall happy with the quality of the room and thought it was a great value and the breakfast was excellent too! Highly recommend!

Overall a great experience

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and nice rooms, the hotel is overall in very nice standard. Parking in the parking garage is available for 19 euros.

very nice and trendy hotel - bar service was slow and gave up - breakfast also expensive so went to a cafe down the road which was excellent and much better value. Room lovely and clean and hotel in general good value

Thee rooms are very clean and modern. It's in a residential area and therefore safe and quiet but lots of dining and shopping are closeby. Zoe at the front desk has been fantastic throughout my stay.

Rooms were clean, very comfortable and trendy. The staff were super lovely and helpful. On various nights they had entertainment and the food and coffee were great. Facilities such as the gym are available. It’s very close to Ottensen station and there are lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The rooms were clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful and approachable. The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance from Ottensen station, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and amenities at hand. Also a short walk to Altona.
