「Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign. The desk clerk was slothful but the worst was the smell once the elevator doors opened. Musky? Yes. Moldy? Yes. Sour? Yes and yes there was unidentified debris and dark stains on the floor. 「There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room.」

「The place is fairly new, just in the wrong location. Parking is all fence enclosed. The problem is the staff. I am a senior citizen and that did not affect their attitude. They implied that I was hiding someone else to join me in my room since I was registered as a single but had a king size bed. They also impressed upon me that there were to be no guests overwhelming the facility, apparently believing that I had lied. 「Beautiful, clean hotel located close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants and the Memphis airport. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The indoor pool water is really really cold but you get used to it once ya eventually get in. Buffet breakfast is delicious with very friendly staff. 5⭐️」
