"I was pet free, but they’re pet friendly the room was clean, more recreation than business oriented , the manager was very friendly and accommodating, he even turned the heat on in advance, the only complaint was for me the bed was too hard and a couple of plugs didn’t work privacy curtains on the back door would be great other than that I had a very nice stay"

"The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Our shower had black mold. We stayed 4 days, no room services, towels, toilet seal at base leaked. The hotel has been upgraded but no room cleaning. You can hear guests next door, even when they talked low. "

"Hart’s camp was an incredible stay beginning with the streamlined check in. The cabin we stayed in was well kept and stocked with all the necessities and complimentary campfire smore kit and two cold beers in the fridge. The bed was Marriott level comfort. The TV’s were laptop size, but who needs TV in glam camp paradise? The cabin was within walking distance to the beach, Pelican Brewery and other shops and eateries! Hart’s camp surpassed our expectations and made our Valentines get-a-way one to remember! "

"The room, the staff location everything was great. The only complaint I have is that we were told the TV has been moved to a streaming platform and we had to stream off of our phone. I’m gonna be 100% honest, and not to sound like an old school guy, but neither my wife nor myself stream anything on our phones. Nor do we want to. With that said it was very frustrating to just want to sit back in the room later in the evening and watch TV and not be able to. I think you need to take into consideration all age groups when it comes to the entertainment side. I mean at the price we’re paying for those rooms, you should be able to afford television service. Thank you very much. "
