「Absolutely superb in every way. BUT.... The room(s) was/are under a sloped, tiled roof. Weather very warm. But it was unbearably hot. Unable to sleep properly. A real shame, as it was otherwise excellent.」

「飯店在偏山區，但離市區不遠算方便，飯店整體很古色古香，房間有的角落會有蜘蛛網及小蜘蛛，但無傷大雅，房間寬敞舒適，服務人員相當親切，唯一缺點是沒有電梯，要搬行李走旋轉木梯是項挑戰，早餐好吃！」

「A truly delightful hotel in a convenient location with excellent staff and facilities. Impossible to fault overall - 2 tips… dont park under the trees in front of the building. I dont know what the birds eat, but they eat A LOT of it. Then theres steps….pack light, you’ll be hauling your luggage up a LOT of steps :-) - its a 13th century manor house, lifts werent a “thing” !」

「This hotel is one of the Old English Inns. Very vintage style, clean, and comfort. If you want to try some typical English countryside, it is. The location may not suit for those don't drive.」

「A lovely venue in the countryside where we stayed for a music event. Very nice spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed. Was just missing hangers in the wardrobe. Would have been nice to have EV charging available.」

「We stayed for a night at the Bel & Dragon in Wendover after a Chilterns walk along the Ridgeway from Princes Risborough. The pub was a lovely way to end the day - the room was very nice and we had a few drinks and great meal. It was the hottest day of the year, so understandably warm in the rooms, but there was a fan provided, which helped with the heat.」

「Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Good facilities in room but it was incredibly hot during our visit so a fridge in room would have improved our stay as no air conditioning but not many days in England you would need it. Breakfast was lovely, small but everything you could want. Evening menu was a bit limited and I probably would go somewhere else for an evening meal. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful.」

「Small quaint hotel but no AC in the month of May forced us to leave windows open to the Main Street noise until 2am making isn’t virtually impossible to sleep. They should at least provide fans in each room」
