"Not Impressed at all!! I booked a Riverview room and got a concrete vacant area view instead plus our allotted carpark was very tight between two columns. We could’ve been given a bigger carpark since no one seemed to be using them during our stay. Even though the room looked new it wasn’t maintained very well, there was filthy grout in the shower, long black hairs left in the bathroom, not much toilet paper for two nights and poor quality paper provided. The kitchen sink plug didn’t work. I asked at reception for a replacement and was rudely told that they were aware of the situation but no apology was given or solution to the problem so we had to improvise to be able to wash dishes. There were only two small mugs and three glasses to use so we couldn’t have family over for even a coffee! The microwave was difficult to use and no oven trays provided. Very limited items in the kitchen so very disappointing for an apartment with a full kitchen. The bed and pillows were very hard and too low which made it impossible to sleep there on a Saturday night as well as all the noise going on in the other rooms even after midnight. Sunday night was quieter but there was some kind of loud machinery noise on and off during the night nearby which woke me up a few times. The only good thing was the close proximity to Toowong Village shopping centre and to our family who we were visiting. I do not recommend staying at High Street apartments. We won’t be staying there again."

"Loved how room Was set up. Connecting 1 door to 2 rooms which suitable for couples and families. Families room Was what I expected, not knowing that there will be stove in it. Great everything, loving it own private laundry room. Couples room is what I also expected but 1 thing that slacks off was no microwave in it. Wifi connection Was so bad. But loved everything, and I would recommend to come back again for another vacation with my families."

"Really good for families, clean and convenient. I would note that toilet paper dispensers that control and restrict you to 3 sheets at a time are a bit stingy for a $400 a night room."
