「Good value hotel. Well maintained with friendly staff」

「The hotle was clean, warm and peaceful, lovely big room with a beautiful bathroom. Close to the shopping areas and the train station. 」

「The common area was clean as was the linen. Staff was non existent did not realise was a self service accomodation. Parking was there but I did not need it. The room carpet could do with shampoo and the cupboard with dusting . The bathroom fixture though looked new could do with upgrade.. .」

「Check in was smooth and easy, clean, well lit corridors. Room was spacious if a tad dated. Spotlessly clean. Ample Car Parking. Lovely bar area. Restaurant good. Typical Pub Grub that was served piping hot and with a smile from the staff. Would we stay again while visiting family? Absolutely we would!! 」

「Second stay and a whole much better. Breakfast excellent as ever, room facilities were in good condition, including a working fridge except for a broken window handle. Still couldn't turn the radiator off, so too hot and the Spa could be more accessible with priority given to staying guests.」

「Stinky room with smell of fungus, strange check-in questions - declarations for lost items and asking for taking photo of ID. Breakfast - just brought plate without asking what I actually want to have for full English?? This place is not good - cannot recommend. One bright spot was easy parking. 」

「This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay .」

「Lovely hotel, we went for a family wedding. The staff were so lovely and the rooms a good size and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and they brought us vege sausages which were lovely.」
