「Will never book through Expedia again. Booked non-refundable. They didn’t have any 2 bdrm available at time of booking. A few days before I checked but couldn’t upgrade without forfeiting the full room rate because booked non-refundable. It’s not like I was cancelling, I was upgrading. Hotel couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through Expedia.」

「Had the best stay at the French Quarter Inn! I went with a friend, but it would have been great for a romantic getaway, too. All of the staff were attentive, professional and personable.
