"The first night .. rooms were dirty and staff was very short with changing the rooms. The bathroom in particular, hair was everywhere, like it was a fast cleaning. DO NOT HAVE STAFF PUT YOU ON THE FAR OUTTER SIDE!! Next morning the newer staff moved my room and explained, @that side was for workers”, made sense but didn’t make sense. The room was much cleaner and cozy. I was in front of the pool, which area was so so. The continental breakfast was tea, yogurt, waffle (which you made for yourself), and cereal. There is plenty of places to order from if you wanted more. The restaurant next door had good food. Overall would I stay there again, no. Staff the next couple of days, made my staff more comfortable."

"Got to room Sunday night— had previous person’s trash still in room and message light on phone flashing. Tried retrieving messages- would just go to dial tone, tried calling front desk- would just go to dial tone. So went down to front desk with trash can. Attendant apologized and said phone would be fixed Monday. Monday night- phone still not fixed. Tuesday morning went back to front desk— was told the guy was already in building and it would be fixed Tuesday. Tuesday night still not fixed. Wednesday morning- front desk says not sure what happened- but will take care of it. Wednesday night- still not fixed. Tuesday and Wednesday had dog barking near by room- had choice either get dressed and go downstairs to report Or just ignore- choose to ignore since otherwise front desk had not been helpful. Checked out Thursday morning was told complaints would need to be filed through booking company for partial refund. "

"Decent hotel in Richmond Hill away from I95. Restaurants etc within walking distance. For one night not bad for the $"

"Was told one deposit amount over the phone by someone at the hotel. Upon arrival amount changed by $20. No “do not disturb sign” in rooms. We reserved 2 rooms for one week and extended the stay twice and staff continually tried coming in the rooms ever day. Housekeeping consisted of replacing toilet paper and sweeping the floor. No amenities. Limited towels and washcloths. Won’t be going back."
