"Remembering it was Memorial Day weekend the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend Help was late getting there so breakfast was supposed to be. I think at 6:30 or six and the lights weren’t turned on till 20 minutes late. Also the Jacuzzi Jets were not properly functioning but we were made aware of that at check-in."

"The staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the carpets in the hallways and the room left a lot to be desired. Left us with the feeling that nothing had bed cleaned except possibly the bed sheets. Not sure I’d recommend it to others. The cheaper price per night explained the lack of upkeep."
"The room was great, updated and clean. Breakfast was reasonable. The only thing that didn't work for me was the pet policy. Pets can't be left in the room alone. My dog is old and fluffy. Sleeps all day and I had to drag him out to visit the town, when he would be more comfortable sleeping in the hotel with AC. Won't stay again of I am traveling with my dog. But is a great hotel for price."
"The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable, showers could use some updating.
A few takeaways - no refrigerator in the rooms. No umbrellas and minimal seating at the pool. No music or outside bar, there is one but not staffed. The chairs on our patio could have been better but did what we needed.
The hotel is in a great area, walking to all the shops, restaurants and attractions are super close."
"I booked this month's in advance. We arrived at 6:00pm and they had canceled our reservation because they'd tried to run the card i had used to reserve the room and it had expired in the months since I'd booked. They didn't call or anything. I've used Expedia for years and I've never had a hotel so this. I had booked a room with a king bed. They rebooted me, after we arrived, with a room with 2 doubles. I think they had just wanted to give away our reserved king room. Very poor staffing."
