My husband and I ended our 10 day tour of Italy here, with a 2 night stay. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind before our long trip back to the United States. Our room was perfect; the bed comfortable and shower beautifully upgraded. We enjoyed a couples massage and wine tasting during our stay. The restaurant is nothing short of amazing! Every dish is expertly prepared and beyond delicious. Every staff member was welcoming and accommodating. Our Sommelier, Lorenzo, was very kind...

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef that prepared our private dinner was so nice and the meal was wonderful. She also prepared the breakfast meals. The hotub was nice but wasn't hot just warm. The pool was nice and heated and we stayed in...

My wife and I had never been to Florence so we did not know what to expect. We were blown away. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the sauna every morning before sightseeing. I would highly recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, it is in one of the more popular squares in the city and less than a 15min walk to the major museums. The staff was very friendly and the room was large, clean, and well appointed. And that bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I slept in my entire trip to Italy. If there are any negatives, I would say that if you are trying to nap in the afternoon, (since the location was so perfect for a first timer I was avoiding the heat by exploring in...

The best deal in Florence. Down feather pillows and a smart TV which was a nice touch during our down time. Adorable and quiet courtyard and only 5 minutes walk to the best of Santo Spirito. Will definitely be staying here again!

Close to train station, very walkable. Hotel has been recently remodeled and met our needs.

This flat is a soothing setting close to great restaurants! Try Gastropub family-owned ristorante!

Great location near Montepulciano, very clean and comfortable rooms with a wonderful breakfast. Quiet countryside location a few miles from the city center.

Beata was an amazing person, she definitely stole my heart! She’s very kind and helpful giving nice tips and suggestions about what to do in Florence! The property is in an amazing location in the center! I would definitely recommend this property!

Great location and room really nice!! Would stay here again

The beautiful room was in a great neighborhood - easy to get to and within walking distance of so much! The room was gorgeous, large and very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Very friendly, beautiful views and lovely food!

Stayed at Benci for 2 nights.Room was very cozy, clean, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed.It is well located in the city center close to everything, from shopping areas, restaurants to main squares and attractions.Parking is difficult to find in the area and you will have to pay a range of 20 to 35 euros per day.Sofia the owner has a contract with a local guy who comes and pick your car up upon request and brings it back when asked. That was very convenient for us although a bit...

We arrived and were treated wonderfully. Our room was brand new both nights (we added on a night so had to transfer, which they did for us). Both rooms were awesome accommodations for families traveling and the bathroom facilities were just spectacular. Staff was excellent and breakfast was worth the price. The location was perfect within walking distance of absolutely everything! The only thing travelers should be aware of is that this is the heart of Florence and getting anyway is not...

Amazing room, beautifully designed. Friendly staff!

Everything was really good! It was close to the tram station so commuting was easy as well and the host replied very quickly too! The room was spacious and comfortable and the instructions for entry were easy to follow.

Location was ideal. Room was very nice. The garden was an added bonus. A little oasis that’s close to everything.

The apartment is conveniently located near the train station and walking distance to Il Duomo plaza, Ponte Vecchio and Mercado Centrale. The apartment has a community kitchen full equipped. Our room was clean and comfortable with a little cozy balcony where I was able to enjoy a glass of wine. And the best of all was the contact person Enis who check on us by messages and gave us good info about Florence attractions . Great communication and care. Well done. Definitely I will stay again here,

Andrew and Paola are so amazing and accommodating. They informed us how to get to the residence, gave us extra duvets when we were a little cold, were very on top of cleaning and COVID protocol, and were very informative. They communicate quickly and informed us very soon after we left about an item left behind, and helped us call a taxi back to airport as we do not speak Italian and needed a very early morning ride. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Florence. Location is...
