「Breakfast could be better but everything else was good. 」

「I had a king suite. The couch and chair had so many stains on them and felt greasy, it made me not want to sit in them. The front desk lady was trying so hard to be helpful. She was clearly new and a bit overwhelmed with the big school group that checked in before me. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Again the drains on the carpet were really bad.」

It does seem as though ownership hasn't put much resource into updates/upkeep in quite some time and we got the impression that facility is probably understaffed at the moment. 」

「They cancelled on us less than 24 hours before our arrival because they “forgot” to tell us they are under construction. We are a family of 6 and they left us completely starting from scratch without any resources or help. Because they cancelled their entire reservations the day before, we were only able to find one room at one hotel in the entire city that was literally twice the cost on a last minute reservation. The Rodeway in staff member was rude and sarcastic, they never returned my call...

「其实酒店还是不错的，美国酒店通常的配置都有，King床很舒服，甚至还有冰箱、微波炉，很好，前台也很热情！只是第一次出国，美国酒店居然都没有拖鞋、没有可饮用的热水，而淋浴头也不能取下，稍稍感觉有些不习惯。」

「Although the was ok but the bathroom had no vent on the fan. I could see the roof and it don’t work. You guys say there was free Wi-Fi but couldn’t find the password. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee packets in the room. There were other switches on the wall that had no nob on it. The pool was down. And also a not that said we as guest could not eat our continental breakfast in our room. But I did anyway. There was no fan above the jetted tub. The curtains didn’t close all the way had...

「My granddaughters and I were in Wisconsin Rapids for a gymnastics competition. We came up the day before. The girls and I had a wonderful time swimming in the hotel pool, it was nice and warm. The owner was very nice and the beds were very comfortable.」

「Bathroom sing was dirty it has someone hairs. It seemed like someone shaved hair and it’s just sitting there. It’s gross!! The fridge wouldn’t close at all. The light is too dim not bright enough! 」
