「I was very impressed with the lady who worked breakfast. She was so nice & helpful. Our stay was wonderful and No complaints except our 4th floor ice machine didn’t work the entire stay so we had to go up to 8th floor to get ice everytime but everything else was perfect! 」

「We overnighted here on our way through Alabama. This hotel had easy parking and close proximity to a number of well-reviewed restaurants, as well as Railroad Park. When we checked in, we could hear the symphony music from the park. We chose to walk down the block for breakfast instead of paying for the one at the hotel. This was the best hotel shower I've experienced in quite some time; adequate water pressure, good temperature controls, and a full glass shower door with decent products. ...

「We stayed here to visit UAB. It is conveniently located to the campus as well as several restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff is warm, welcoming, and hard working. I especially appreciated Tracy at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent.」

There were power issues our final morning that led to multiple instances of power going out and a fire alarm sounding each time it went on, though I don't think the hotel could reasonably be blamed for that. The gym is currently out of commission, but the pool was nice. Our room had a phone but there was no phone jack so it didn't work at all. We went to the front desk directly to get the additional towels...
