"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. "When we entered the original room 020 at minster ramsgate it had a dreadful smell likened to feaces. We retreated out and striaght back ro reception. The staff were extremely apologetic and immediately gave another room. Perfect spotless and very comfortable. "

"We checked in quite late, but check in was very quick. Staff were lovely - especially the lady on breakfast duty. Bed was comfortable. Only slight negative is that the bathroom was very small - you could only have one person in there at a time."
