「進房間就看到蜘蛛絲在天花板厚厚的好幾處，還有一條像棉線垂下來，很可怕。 馬上有請櫃檯安排人員清潔。戶外的水池也都是小昆蟲死在裡面，根本無法下去做水療，所以自行加價升等也無法使用房內設施。」
